| Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: URA / Frankfurt: AU3) (the "Company") is pleased to announce it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement in the amount of Cdn $156,000. This financing will consist of 1,300,000 units at a price of $0.12 per unit, and will be a combination of flow through units and non-flow through units. Each flow through unit will also hold a half warrant to purchase an additional share at a price of $0.15 for a period of two years. The non-flow through units will hold a full warrant to purchase an additional share at a price of $0.15 for a period of two years. Proceeds from this financing will be used for further exploration of the Company's Poularies gold project in Quebec, and general working capital.
