Stirrup Claims

Stirrup Claims (gold)
Location: Southern B.C., Canada

The Company controls an 85% interest in the Stirrup claim group comprising 13 contiguous claims number 1 thru 13, totaling 495 hectares. The project is located 95 km west of Clinton, 25 km south-east of the Blackdome Mine and 50 km south of the Poison Mountain copper/gold deposit owned by Barrick Gold.

Historically, this region has been a prolific copper-gold producing area, grab samples from a fracture zone in trench #1 yielded 5.472 opt gold (164 g/t). Drill hole #88.5 yielded 14.99 g/t gold, most the mineralization has been located along the crest ridge in the central part of the claim group.

Drilling in 2005 yielded 9.7 g/t and 17.4 g/t as well as tens of meters of low grade gold ranging from 0.05 g/t to 2 g/t.

The Princeton project is underlain by upper Triassic Nicola Group pyroclastics and flows. The rocks are intruded alkaline rocks of the Copper Mountain and Lost Horse intrusives.

Late stage pegmatites and syanites occupy faults and shears, with ultramafic intrusives occurring locally. Mineralization consists of various amounts of bornite and chalcopyrite in altered pink syenite or pegmatites, and also occurs near ultramafic intrusions.

Lucky Boy Property

Lucky Boy Property (Gold/Polymetallic)
Location: Southern B.C., Canada

The Company through its subsidiary has an option to earn a 95% interest in the 16 unit Ridge Claim, the Lucky Boy, Tie, Glory, Ideal and Glory Fraction Crown Grants located 2 km northwest of the town of Beaverdell and 80 km south of Kelowna BC.

The Beaverdell area is well known area for prolific mineral production. This heavily mineralized Southern Okanagan trend extends south into Washington State. The Teck-Cominco Highland Bell Mine produced over 31 million ounces of silver, 24 million pounds of lead, 28 million pounds of zinc plus significant amounts of gold and copper.

The geological environment in the region is favorable for hosting skarn type deposits like the Dividend-Lakeview Mine, the Phoenix Mine, the Motherlode, Marshall, Greyhound, Oro Denoro and the Emma deposits.

Recent exploration has focused on a significant polymetalic (gold, silver, lead, zinc, copper, nickel, arsenic) soil anomaly which covers 500 meters in a north-south direction by 600 meters in an east-west direction, and is open to both the west and north. A geophysical survey was initiated on this soil anomaly which is located around the north adit and other nearby mineral showings. The soil anomaly occurs within a skarn environment on a contact between intrusive and volcanoclastic rock types.

There are two formerly producing gold mines (Carmi and Butcher Boy) approximately 2000 meters north of the north adit soil anomaly area. The Crown Jewel (Buckhorn Mountain) deposit with proven reserves of 1.2 million ounces of gold is located some 35 miles south in Washington State is in a similar geological environment (Skarn).

Zeus Claims

Zeus Claims (Copper/Gold)
Location: Southern B.C., Canada

The Zeus and Zeus #1 copper/gold claims are located approximately 40 km NW of Lillooet. The claims are made up of 20 unit block sand and cover approximately 1000 hectares. They are easily accessed by the all-weather bridge river road and then by a 26 km forestry road.

Work history:

Department of Energy and Mines files indicated the majority of exploration programs were conducted between 1983 and 1995. These programs included geochemistry geophysics, mapping, trenching and diamond drilling. Over 2500 meters of drilling was completed in 1995. To date, a total of 8959 meters of drilling in 105 holes has been completed. The principal view is approximately 2 meters thick and can be traced for 700 meters. According to the Mine Files, a small copper/gold resource has been defined as a result of drilling to date. Potential to expand this resource is considered good. Geology on the property suggests a porphyry copper/gold deposit may be the source of the existing mineralization. This possibility is the main reason for the acquisition although the auriferous quartz veining system warrants further work to determine its potential.

Princeton Project

Princeton Project: (Copper/Gold/Palladium)
Location: Southern B.C., Canada

This project consists of copper-gold-palladium claims covering 1266 hectares located 11 to 12 km south of Princeton. These claims, known as the Princeton project, have more than four showings known to occur on the optioned properties. Grab and chip samples have showings as high as 2.5 g / tonne gold, 30 to 65 g / tonne palladium, 42% copper and 150 g / tonne silver taken by a government geologist in 1960. These samples have since been duplicated by a more recent sampling program. The Princeton project is also located 5 km south of the Newmont Ingerbell mine. This mine operated for over 20 years with the final year of production producing 40,545,000 pounds of copper, 83,500 ounces of silver and 27,000 ounces of gold. Historically, the Princeton region has been a prolific copper-gold producing area.

Mineralization consists of various amounts of bornite and chalcopyrite in altered "pink" syenite or pegmatites, and also occurs near ultramafic intrusions. Palladium and silver mineralization often occurs with the bornite and chalcopyrite. Other showings in the area demonstrated the potential for hosting alkaline copper - gold porphyry type deposits with vein and fault related deposits possibly occurring.

A recent prospecting program conducted by company geologists and consultants demonstrated highlights including samples of 43% Copper (Cu), 28.16 g/t Gold (Au), and 18.19 g/t Palladium (Pd), and a 3 metre chip sample from this showing revealed 15.76 % Copper, 12.26 g/t Gold an >10 g/t Palladium. Sampling results were assayed by ACME Analytical Laboratories of Vancouver, B.C.

These high grade samples come from an area known as the Friday Creek Showing. The showing consists of massive bornite outcrops within a syno-diorite. This diorite is in contact with a Monzonite that is intruded by a pyroxinite to dunite dyke. The dyke has been explored in the past but has not been adequately sampled for either gold or PGM's. The dyke covers an area of 100-200m wide by an indeterminate length. The above sample results reveal a potential for hosting gold and palladium. Approximately 1.5 km further to the north-west, near highway #3 the Platinum claims hold Porphyry Cu-Au-Pd potential.

Approximately 2 km to the south east on the east side of the Similkameen River lies the Rico Showing. This showing consists of massive to semi-massive phyrrotite and pyrite in Nicola group siltstones and chert. Gold and copper values range up from 0.2- 24g/t Au and 0.2- >1% Cu.

Highlights from a recent drill program include an intersection of 1.494% Cu over 6.08 meters. A full summary of the results can be viewed in the table below.

The holes were drilled on favourable stratigraphy that indicates an alkaline porphyry environment. The results from hole DDH-11 ran 156 meters of 0.087% Cu. These results are not weighted This hole is strongly altered with chalcocite and bornite throughout the section assayed. DDH-12 ran 42.57 meters of 0.28% Cu., including 6.08 meters of 1.495% Cu and 0.714 gm/tonne Au. This hole drilled near a monzonite diorite contact is mineralized with chalcocite and bornite throughout the section assayed. . The total results for these intervals are listed below. Hole DDH 11 was drilled to 179 meters and hole DDH 12 was drilled to 214 meters. Intervals that were not sampled did not contain visible mineralization. The numbering system for drill # 2 holes start at #11.

Yukon Gold Projects

The Yukon Gold Rush
Location: Southwest Yukon Territories

The Yukon has a rich mining history and has continued to be the cornerstone of the economy from the famous Klondike gold rush of 1896 to the present day. The first reported exploitation of metals in Yukon pre-dates European settlement. The aboriginal people are known to have mined native copper nuggets in the White River area of southwest Yukon to fashion arrowheads and to trade. Prospecting for placer gold by white settlers began soon after the first reported discovery at Fortymile in 1850. The discovery of gold on Rabbit Creek in the Klondike district on August 16, 1896 sparked the world's biggest 'gold rush'. Placer gold mining remained the mainstay of the Yukon economy from the time of gold rush until the early 1920s. Following rises in the price of gold, placer mining was again important from the 1940s to the 1960s, and from 1974 to today.

Drilling in 2008/09 at Underworld Resources project in the Tintina gold belt located 95 km south of Dawson City revealed 1,004,570 indicated ounces of gold at a grade of 3.2 g/t gold in an open-pit resource at the Golden Saddle deposit at the White Gold project.

Kinross Gold subsequently made a C$139 million offer to buyout shareholders at C$2.62 per share which was completed as a friendly take-over bid in April of this year. This recent takeover of Underworld Resources further elevates potential for future exploration and deposit identification.

Yukon White Gold Projects

Numerous historic gold showings are present on the companies four separate claim blocks located in west-central Yukon. All geological/geochemical data and mining assessment reports from the Yukon Energy Mines and Resources and other private sources have been compiled.

The Armenius Gold Project (AV Claims)

The original staking was prompted by historic Yukon Minfile reports of a quartz ledge 18 meters wide and 3 to 5 km long. Preliminary results of this work established that several klippe of prospective ophiolitic rocks overlie a shale-matrix supported ophiolitic mélange unit. The nearby bedrock is being mined by placer operator. Eureka Placers Ltd., Klondike Star Minerals and Tamarack, Inc.

The River Gold Project

Previous mapping efforts indicated the presence of carbonate-altered ultramafic rocks in this region and these sequences are thought to be comparable to hanging wall rocks in the White style gold setting. An Airborne VLF-EM Radiometric and Magnetic Survey is being completed to identify areas for further exploration..

The Ore Gold Project

The Ore property is comprised of 78 contiguous claims located approximately 15 km south-east of Dawson City. Prospecting and geochemical sampling work to date has identified a coincident soil anomaly consisting of elevated gold (Au), arsenic (As) and antimony (Sb) similar to that observed at the White Project. Previous exploration efforts from the property noted the presence of a significant mineralized quartz vein and visible gold reported to occur within quartz stringers and localized shear zones.

The YK Gold Project

Consists of 20 claims strategically located near the Kinross claims and H.C. Mining active placer operations. Current work program to determine existence of ophiolitic rocks and possible quartz veins that may be prevalent throughout the entire property area. The company completed a preliminary reconnaissance program which identified a number of key targets requiring additional exploration. A follow-up VLF-EM Radiometric and Magnetic Survey was subsequently completed to further define drilling targets.
