Princeton Copper / Gold / Palladium Project This project consists of copper-gold-palladium claims covering 1266 hectares located 11 to 12 km south of Princeton. These claims, known as the Princeton project, have more than four showings known to occur on the optioned properties. Grab and chip samples have showings as high as 2.5 g / tonne gold, 30 to 65 g / tonne palladium, 42% copper and 150 g / tonne silver taken by a government geologist in 1960. These samples have since been duplicated by a more recent sampling program. The Princeton project is also located 5 km south of the Newmont Ingerbell mine. This mine operated for over 20 years with the final year of production producing 40,545,000 pounds of copper, 83,500 ounces of silver and 27,000 ounces of gold. Historically, the Princeton region has been a prolific copper-gold producing area. The Princeton project is underlain by upper Triassic Nicola Group pyroclastics and flows. The rocks are intruded alkaline rocks of the Copper Mountain and Lost Horse intrusives. Late stage pegmatites and syanites occupy faults and shears, with ultramafic intrusives occurring locally. Mineralization consists of various amounts of bornite and chalcopyrite in altered "pink" syenite or pegmatites, and also occurs near ultramafic intrusions. Palladium and silver mineralization often occurs with the bornite and chalcopyrite. Other showings in the area demonstrated the potential for hosting alkaline copper - gold porphyry type deposits with vein and fault related deposits possibly occurring. A recent prospecting program conducted by company geologists and consultants demonstrated highlights including samples of 43% Copper (Cu), 28.16 g/t Gold (Au), and 18.19 g/t Palladium (Pd), and a 3 metre chip sample from this showing revealed 15.76 % Copper, 12.26 g/t Gold an >10 g/t Palladium. Sampling results were assayed by ACME Analytical Laboratories of Vancouver, B.C. These high grade samples come from an area known as the Friday Creek Showing. The showing consists of massive bornite outcrops within a syno-diorite. This diorite is in contact with a Monzonite that is intruded by a pyroxinite to dunite dyke. The dyke has been explored in the past but has not been adequately sampled for either gold or PGM's. The dyke covers an area of 100-200m wide by an indeterminate length. The above sample results reveal a potential for hosting gold and palladium. Approximately 1.5 km further to the north-west, near highway #3 the Platinum claims hold Porphyry Cu-Au-Pd potential. Approximately 2 km to the south east on the east side of the Similkameen River lies the Rico Showing. This showing consists of massive to semi-massive phyrrotite and pyrite in Nicola group siltstones and chert. Gold and copper values range up from 0.2- 24g/t Au and 0.2- >1% Cu. Highlights from a recent drill program include an intersection of 1.494% Cu over 6.08 meters. A full summary of the results can be viewed in the table below. The holes were drilled on favourable stratigraphy that indicates an alkaline porphyry environment. The results from hole DDH-11 ran 156 meters of 0.087% Cu. These results are not weighted This hole is strongly altered with chalcocite and bornite throughout the section assayed. DDH-12 ran 42.57 meters of 0.28% Cu., including 6.08 meters of 1.495% Cu and 0.714 gm/tonne Au. This hole drilled near a monzonite diorite contact is mineralized with chalcocite and bornite throughout the section assayed. . The total results for these intervals are listed below. Hole DDH 11 was drilled to 179 meters and hole DDH 12 was drilled to 214 meters. Intervals that were not sampled did not contain visible mineralization. The numbering system for drill # 2 holes start at #11.
